San Diego Red thanks all our readers for their participation in the surveys to recognize the best restaurants in Baja California.

In this category, the highest score was obtained by Tras/Horizonte from Tijuana (41.7%), followed by Pacífico from Ensenada (23.4%), and in third place was La Cocina Que Canta from Tecate (13.7%).

Although Tras/Horizonte itself has only been in the city for a year and a half, his predecessor, Tacos Kokopelli, had already put Tijuana on the world map for seven years thanks to their revolutionary tacos.

Tras/Horizonte evolved from Kokopelli Tacos, proving that chef Guillermo "Oso" Campos and his brother, Pablo Campos, have several tricks up their sleeve, and not only exotic stews.
