It's time to spice things up!

On Tuesday, April 17, Chef Javier Plascencia and Santiago Gómez brought to Miami the flavors of Tijuana, Baja California, at an event that left diners eager to try more of the Mexican seafood cuisine.

Scallops of Parfait, toast of tuna, toasted bone marrow and octopus, and carnitas soup, were some of the dishes that the attendees enjoyed, this in the form of a demonstration of what awaits them in the new restaurant called "PEZ - Seafood Kitchen Style Tijuana, " that will soon open in Miami.

Javier Plascencia said on social media that these flavors from northern Mexico will soon arrive in the city of Florida.

In the video it is explained that the intention of the new restaurant is "to bring the simplicity of Baja California food, its influence of the sea, the very special geographical position where there is very good wine and where there is good raw material to cook incredible things... and bring them to Miami.
