Hotel Cid, located in Villa Carlos Paz, In Cordoba Argentina, is the first in the Hotel Industry that employs young workers with different special needs syndromes.

This project is an experiment brought by the foundation of “Albergue Ético”. The idea is that young workers with different capacities can be part of this and can work side by side with the rest of the employees.

On another hand, the foundation is thinking about buying another property to build a Hotel-School where training can be given so that other children can learn administrative tasks.

The idea is to stop with prejudices against people with special needs and that we can all work regardless of the diversity of capabilities.
