Romance en Baja, the project that promotes wedding tourism in the state

The project Romance en Baja, presented by the Secretariat of Tourism of Baja California, seeks to promote this important sector that could position the state in the cluster of love and motivate an important economic benefit in each city of the state.

Baja California doesn’t only have a first-rate tourist offer, but also unique spaces that delight the eye when you see them. This set of attributes make the state, one with a huge potential to position itself as a favorite of national romantic tourism.

Romance en Baja is a project of the Secretariat of Tourism whose intention was to integrate into an interactive platform, the best providers in the state whose connectivity via social networks allows attracting the national millennial market.
In the platform Romance en Baja, the bride and groom can navigate by city, and go selecting the providers they want; from gardens and halls, banquet service providers, information about existing churches and temples, to stylist and live music services. The interesting thing about the platform is undoubtedly, to detect the differences between each city, and therefore the style that can offer to the couple: in love, nothing is impossible.

Tijuana offers spaces with avant-garde architecture, with providers ready to give that touch of meritorious glamor of a cosmopolitan city. Playas de Rosarito has an impressive pier in the historic Rosarito Beach Hotel and magical places south of the city that fulfill the dream of every couple who wants to marry with the sunset in front of the sea.

The city of Ensenada is the favorite, and one that is divided into two regions: port and Valle de Guadalupe. The suppliers of the port opt for the style full of marine style with suppliers such as Hotel Lucerna or Casa de los Siete Patios. While the Valle de Guadalupe promises glamor among vineyards in places like Adobe Guadalupe, Hacienda La Lomita or Cuatro Cuatros.

Tecate also has a lot to offer, boasting unique spaces in La Cocina Que Canta, Rancho Tecate and Parque El Profesor. While Mexicali, which may seem the least viable due to its high weather temperatures, adapts to the needs with beautiful rooms with air conditioning, and unique places like the Río Hardy and the desert where photographers like Hello North have achieved spectacular photo sessions for lovers.
