This November, Tijuana welcomes you to the “Entre Culturas” (Between cultures) Book Fair, as a way to celebrate the National Book Day on November 12.
On Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10 at the Instituto Municipal de Arte y Cultura of Tijuana there will be presentations of books, workshops, and conferences as part of the Fair.
That’s not it, as there will be the presence of especial guests such as Evelio Rosero, a renowned Colombian author who will visit the region for the first time to present Cuentos Completos and Toño Ciruelo; the narrator specialized in youth audiences, Mónica Brozon; and the philosophers Juan José Tamayo and Diego Sánchez Meca.
Admission is free and it will begin at 11 o'clock in the morning.
This Book Fair aims to promote communication between cultures and respect for human rights. Specialists from the region will talk about human rights, they will speak at conferences, workshops and on book presentations.
