For 5 years, the Mexico Gastronomic Guide has sought to recognize 120 best restaurants in Mexico, and this 2020 was no exception.
This guide published by Larousse Cocina, which achieved the compendium of these 120 restaurants due to the selection of Culinaria Mexicana (Mexican Culinary), with Nespresso and S. Pellegrino.
It was through a gala dinner at the St. Regis hotel in Mexico City, under the direction of Juan Claudio Poblete, editorial director of Culinaria Mexicana, where he recognized the best of Mexico's cuisine and made this 2020 guide known.
