One of the most recognized landscapes in Baja California is without a doubt Valle de Guadalupe, which has welcomed thousands of tourists from all over the world to its wineries, to enjoy the best wines and especially the beautiful landscapes that it offers, no wonder Valle de Guadalupe is the second best destination in the world to drink wine.

This wine region, located 75 miles from the border with the United States, is considered one of the top wine regions in Mexico. Valle de Guadalupe is surrounded by more than 100 wineries.

The U.S. newspaper USA TODAY[]USA TODAY has launched a competition for the best wineries in North America, which includes more than 250 wine regions, so a panel of wine industry experts has been asked to choose their regions from this area.

Valle de Guadalupe is among them, competing against valleys in California, Texas, New York and Arizona.
