The restaurant "Palominos" located in Zona Rio was closed after it allowed a party of over 15 people, which is not allowed in Baja California because the entity remains under a red light.

The events took place around 2:30 a.m. when inspectors from the “Grupo de Alcoholes” conducted a review of the area.

Adolfo Garcia Dworak, director of Inspection and Verification, indicated that the establishment could pay a fine of between 100,000 and 200,000 pesos.

"Lots of cars were found parked, so we asked to enter and found that the dining room was closed, but on the second floor there was a party with between 15 and 20 people with intoxicating beverages".

It is important to point out that to date bars and nightclubs cannot operate or host any kind of party since there is no authorization from the State Government's Health Department.
