Trusted Traveler Programs reopen in San Diego and Calexico

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials open Otay Mesa and Calexico East

Starting September 8, Global Entry, SENTRI and FAST-South applicants who are conditionally approved will be able to complete interviews at the registration centers in Otay and Calexico East.

CBP staff and visitors must wear protective masks as recommended by CDC in accordance with state and local regulations, and social distancing must be maintained.

Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. in Otay, and in Calexico (same days) from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Operations will be performed at reduced capacity. Otay applicants will receive parking instructions as well as an appointment date and time.

Sign-in sheets have been removed and frequent disinfection of counters has been ensured.
