"Tijuana al Fresco" will stay during October

18 restaurants on Revolucion Avenue participated in this project

This Friday, the final report of the first edition of ''Tijuana al Fresco'' was released, an event that takes place every weekend where the downtown restaurants occupied the busy streets to receive the guests safely, it was announced that thanks to this, the income increased up to 40 percent compared to the restart of their activities.

On the other hand, it was reported that thanks to this there was an economic flow from other service providers such as hotels, public parking lots.

The final numbers of this project were announced, in which 18 restaurants participated, had an influx of approximately 50 thousand local and foreign tourists and generated 60 new jobs in these businesses.

Due to the great success and good response of citizens and tourists to this project it has been decided to extend for another month and will be replicated in other parts of the region, to boost the economy of restaurateurs and other sectors that also benefited.
