The Department of Public Education provides a Pedagogical Support Center with more than 160 telephone lines and specialists who provide information and pedagogical orientation.

The orientation is focused on preschool, primary and secondary levels.

This center is directed to parents and students who want to solve doubts and have a better alternative to learn from home. Due to the health contingency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, many people have had to resort to other learning methods and this is a viable way or other alternative.

The telephone line for:

- Preschoolers call: 55-36-01-87, there are 30 lines.
- Elementary call: 55-41-72-04-13, there are 100 lines.
- Secondary call: 55-36-01-71-23, there are 30 lines.

The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
