Through social media, images and videos circulated where beautiful views of the first snowfall of this 2021 were shared in iconic places of Baja California that are usually painted white.

Among the places that stood out during this snowfall that occurred last Saturday, January 23rd were El Condor in Tecate, La Laguna Hanson, La Rumorosa and the Sierra de San Pedro Martir National Park. Here is a compilation of this long awaited event.

FIARUM shared on its Facebook account a video describing the beginning of snowfall in the La Rumorosa-Tecate stretch from km 80 to La Rumorosa.

Sierra de San Pedro Mártir National Park

Due to the fact that the closure of this park continues because of the red traffic light for COVID-19 in which the state is, the population was asked not to visit them and especially not in the current weather, since it is complicated to aid stuck cars.
