Tijuana's City Hall promotes an app to speed up document processing

With Tijuana Móvil citizens will be able to save time and simplify paperwork

With the objective of facilitating the procedures of thousands of citizens in the municipality, the Tijuana City Hall in collaboration with the Information Technology Department has promoted an app through which they will be able to consult important data and schedule appointments online for the issuing of documents.

Tijuana Móvil can be downloaded to any device through the App Store and Google Play and provides easy access to users.

After choosing the action to be performed, the person will be provided with a QR code with which they can go to the corresponding agency and speed up the process, since the document will be delivered immediately.

Birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorces, dual nationality, adoption, CURP clarifications, and other certified copies of the civil registry can be requested in this application.
