Cespt announces water shutdown for more than 25 Tijuana neighborhoods

The shutdown is expected to last 48 hours

The State Commission of Public Services of Tijuana announced through its Facebook account the lack of water and intermittent service in 28 neighborhoods in Tijuana, due to leaks and failures in the electronic service.

The affected neighborhoods are: Panamericano, Mi Patrimonio, Lagunitas, Alfa Panamericano, La Gloria, Ejido Lázaro Cárdenas, Colinas de California, Barcelona, Leandro Valle, Xochimilco Solidaridad, Parque Ind. Morelos, Alfredo Ames, Los Alcatraces, Terrazas del Pacifico, Monarca, Tecolote, Genaro Vazquez, La Rioja Residencial, Esmeralda, Bonaterra, Jardines de la Mision, Lomas de Santa Fe, Cedros, Mesa de Otay, Zonas Altas, Pegaso, Division del Norte and Real de San Francisco.

The institution responsible for the supply of drinking water and wastewater collection added that the recovery of service to the affected neighborhoods will take approximately 48 hours.
