The Rosarito Tourism and Convention Committee (COTUCO) brings a gastronomic route every week where the best places to eat or drink in the beautiful municipality of Rosarito are highlighted. This week we present the Cenadurías Route (Diner’s Route).

The Cenadurías are known nationally for their wide variety of Mexican dishes that they offer to diners, and the ones that will be presented in this Ruta de las Cenadurías are no exception, as they bring flavors from all over the country to a single municipality.

Cenaduría Sinaloa es Mi Tierra

This place located at Carretera Libre Tijuana-Rosarito 20003, Veracruz, 22705 brings flavors from Sinaloa to the incredible sea in Rosarito, here you can find Mexican dishes but without a doubt the one we recommend is the Asado Mazatleco, a typical dish from Sinaloa. They are open from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.

Cenaduría Mi Lindo Culiacán

This place is the second stop in the Route of the Cenadurias of Rosarito, this one is located in Constitución (Ampl. Constitución), 22710, here you will find a wide variety of Mexican dishes, but that's not all because on weekends they have pozole and menudo.

Menudería and Birriería las Delicias de Chihuahua

As its name suggests, its specialties are the red or white menudo, in addition to its exquisite birria, you can find these dishes available every day. Don't miss the opportunity and visit them at Blvd. Benito Juárez # 208-1, Zona Centro, 22703 from Sunday to Tuesday from 07:30 am to 03:00 p.m. or Thursday to Saturday from 07:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m., they are closed on Wednesdays.

La Cazuela del Mole

This is an obligatory stop when visiting Rosarito, for this reason it is located in this exquisite Ruta de las Cenadurías, it is located at Blvd. Benito Juárez 103, Zona Centro, 22700, although most of their dishes are made with mole, they also have other delicious Mexican snacks, we recommend you their delicious enmoladas. Visit them any day of the week from 09:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.

La Esquinita Antojitos Mexicanos

The last but not least stop to visit in this route in Rosarito is La Esquinita Antojitos Mexicanos, which has typical Mexican dishes such as sopes, flautas, tostadas, among many more, do not miss its delicious seasoning located at Mariano Verdugo 151, 17 de Agosto, 22707, its hours of operation are from Wednesday to Monday from 07:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.

Although they were not on the route, COTUCO recommends Antojitos Mexicanos ''La Fogata'', Cenaduría Anita, Cocina de la Abuela and Cenaduría La Calle as other places you should visit to enjoy the most authentic Mexican gastronomy.
