The Street Food Route in Rosario offers the ultimate gourmet experience

The Rosarito Tourism and Conventions Committee has been bringing a different route each week where the best of Rosario's food culture stands out; in this fourth installment, we will introduce the way of a concept that has prevailed for many years but has recently been innovated, bringing new proposals to the culinary industry; we are talking about Street Food.

This week, COTUCO presents La Ruta del Street Food, which will show you the top five venues in Rosarito to visit and sample a variety of tasty delicacies.

QUE PADRE Chilaquería

The first stop on the Street Food Route is QUE PADRE Chilaquera, located at Blvd. Benito Juárez12870, Hacienda Villa Floresta, where you can find everyone's favorite breakfast in a convenient and easy presentation since the chilaquiles are served in a box, and you can customize them with the sauce, protein, stews, and condiments of your preference; we recommend the delicious chilaquiles de birria. They are open from 8:00 a.m to 3:00 pm Tuesday through Sunday.

Enrique’s Food Truck

This food truck, located behind Solazo Bar in the Center, serves a broad range of foods, from seafood to brisket or Chamorro de borrego. Still, their aguachile is undoubtedly one of our favorites. Visit them from 11:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m on Wednesday through Sunday, or from 12:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m on Monday and Tuesday.

Make Taco

We recommend the Taco Cochi, which you won't be able to resist! It's on Calle Mar del Norte # 552, Centro, and serves a wide range of seafood tacos, from shrimp to octopus and marlin. They are open from Friday through Wednesday, and they are available from 10:10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Taco Loco

Taco Loco is located in the Marea Mia Restaurant on Blvd. Benito Juárez 97, Fundo Legal, where you can enjoy traditional seafood tacos like breaded shrimp or breaded fish, as well as unique combinations like octopus with sirloin and tasty consommé.

Marlyn Food Truck

Last but not least, stop on the Street Food Route; it’s located at C. Chihuahua 213, Eduardo Crostwhite, and it serves a variety of fish tacos; we recommend the marlin tacos and the spicy shrimp tacos. Visit them from Thursday to Tuesday, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m, you
