Marina del Pilar's government resolves issues with healthcare professionals in Baja California.

Benefits, bonuses, and uniform expenses were all agreed to be paid.

On behalf of Governor Marina del Pilar vila Olmeda, Catalino Zavala Márquez, Secretary-General of the Government of Baja California, met with the Ministry of Health Workers to resolve the issue of benefit payments, bonuses, and other outstanding bills from the previous administration.

Zavala Márquez secured separate agreements with Ministry of Health personnel and the National Union of Workers of the Ministry of Health Section 42 Mexicali, Section 24 Tijuana, and Section 64, accompanied by Secretary of Health José Adrián Medina Amarillas.

According to the President of the General Secretariat of Government (SGG), the present state government is committed to serving all social sectors, particularly those that provide essential services to residents, such as the health sector.

"Governor Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda has instructed that we move forward with all outstanding issues, whether they are ours or, as in this case, those of the previous administration, and that we settle them." We will continue to try to give them what they deserve, "added Catalino Zavala Márquez, "since they, the healthcare professionals, have been aiding the people in these difficult times of the pandemic."

The following agreements were made at the meeting:

-The second installment of uniforms and the annual bonus for perfect attendance will be paid on November 30.

-Concerning Section 42's Covid Bonus, the government decided that work would begin on Monday, November 22, to move the resource from the Ministry of Finance to the Ministry of Health.

-The deadline for paying the vacation bonus was established for December 15.

-The second half of the Christmas bonus will be distributed by January 15.

-As of December 15, end-of-year measures will be provided.
