The winter weather has grown more evident in Tijuana these days, with low temperatures and intermittent showers being the main characters, and it appears that this trend will continue this week thanks to rain projections in the region for Tuesday, December 14th.

According to a post on Baja California Civil Protection's Facebook page, a prediction indicates the likelihood of rain in the coastal region, including the chance of snowfall in the Sierra Juárez and San Pedro Mártir well as the Rumorosa and Mushroom.

According to The Weather Channel, the probability of rain for today, December 13, will remain at a maximum of 17 percent; however, by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 14, these probabilities will have increased to 35 percent; by 10:00 a.m., the chance will have increased to 77 percent; and finally, by 1:00 p.m., the probability will have increased to 100 percent, which will decrease throughout the afternoon.

Tijuana will not be the only city hit by severe weather, as the National Weather Service in San Diego expects a 100 percent chance of rain and high temperatures of 60 ° F or 15 ° C, with a low temperature of 5 ° C for Tijuana tomorrow.
