Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda, the Governor of Baja California, kept her promise to the Mexicali firemen by delivering modern and new equipment to the state capital's firefighters and San Felipe's port confirming her commitment to the community.
The Governor recounted all of the efforts made since she assumed the Municipal Presidency more than two years ago so that the first-level teams could reach the hands of the Directorate elements, always thinking about the importance of their work in social life, at the Central Station of the Heroic Fire Department of Mexicali in the Hidalgo neighborhood, where the GovernorGovernor delivered 275 teams.
It's worth noting that the equipment is customized with the firefighter's last name, in addition to being custom-made for each one for your convenience while dealing with crises.

The president emphasized that the uniforms are tailored to each of the elements, according to the specifications requested, because of the great affection that is felt for each of the firefighters, who work while others sleep, with the absolute desire to protect the lives of others at the risk of their own.
Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda stressed the benefits of municipal governments and the state government working together because doing good for people is more important than any other political goal. Similarly, she expressed gratitude to Mexicali Mayor Norma Alicia Bustamante Martnez, who was present at the event, for her support.

"With pleasure, we deliver 275 teams, here there was no distinction between the grassroots, the trusted, and the volunteers, all of you raffle it every day, this team goes to each, and every one of you, first level teams for each and every one of you," the Governor of Baja California stated in her message.
She also underlined that it is not a ruse, as in previous administrations, but a real show of solidarity for Mexican firefighters, whom he urged to maintain the high quality of their job, with the conviction of helping people in need by putting El Corazón Ahead to work and saving lives.

The total cost of the 275 pieces of equipment was 31 million pesos, which included a helmet with goggles, a diving mask for face protection, a Lion V Force brand jacket, Lion V Force brand pants with suspenders, Lion V Force brand boots, a suitcase to store equipment brand 511, two types of helmet and chest lamp, and Lion V Force brand gloves. According to the authorities, the Mexican company is the first to deploy this technology and the second in Latin America.
Rubén Daro Osuna Beltrán, Director of the Mexicali Fire Department; Lorenia Beltrán, Senior Official of the Mexicali City Council; Manuel Guerrero Luna, Secretary General of the Union of Bureaucrats; Elvira Espinoza, Councilor of Mexicali; Arnoldo Seplveda, Fire Chief in San Felipe; and a firefighter attached to the Mexicali Central Station, were all present at the ceremony, Liliana Mercado was also present.
