Tijuana native fashion designer Kiko Baez triumphs creating designs for international artists

From Maluma to “Canelo” Álvarez, they have all worn his designs

Do you know Kiko Baez? A proudly Tijuana native, he is 22 years old and his designs have been worn by some of the most important urban artists today, and some athletes, such as “Canelo” Álvarez.

In fact, he recently went to Baja Beach Fest where he met Daddy Yankee who used one of the jackets created by Kiko. Due to this, Baez shared on social media what his experience was like when he met this reggaeton singer:

I couldn’t die without experiencing this moment. Honestly it almost didn’t feel real to be in presence of a living musical legend and it is even harder to believe that I had the honor of working with him in the last year of his career. I am eternally grateful with @daddyyankee for his encouraging words,” he wrote on an Instagram post.

But Daddy Yankee wasn’t the only one who had a chance to wear Kiko’s incredible designs. Artists such as Maluma, Pitbull, Wisin y Yandel, Christian Nodal, Eddy Reynoso, J Balvin, among many others, have also done so.

Something interesting to note about Kiko Baez’s exclusive brand is that it was the one in charge of creating the famous outfit worn by the Canadian and Super Bowl LV main halftime headliner, The Weeknd before and after the concert.

The brand named Exclusivo Baez has positioned itself as a luxury Mexican brand located in Tijuana, Baja California. If you want to find out more about this brand, click here. If you want to check out Baez’s work directly, click here.
