Baja Californian talent shines in Baja Window to the South

From sports to moviemaking, the Tijuana Walk of Fame awards the best talents of Baja California

On this latest episode of Baja Window to the South, we join the 22nd Tijuana Walk of Fame Ceremony where the best Tijuana native talents and their careers, in industries such as sports, professional wrestling, basketball, filmmaking, and gastronomy, are celebrated.

Among the guests who joined us for this episode we have the founder of the famous pottery shop “Perro y Arena” by internationally renowned artist, Sócrates Medina, where he sculpts and creates decorative and functional clay figurines. Coyotes, jaguars, hares, birds, and much more! You can purchase all of these handmade clay figurines at his shop.

Regarding music, we speak with Velero Norte, a musician who has become quite famous both for his talent and his TikTok videos, where he combines his own musical style and observations on this popular social media platform.

Of course, we cannot forget about food for this latest episode of Baja Window to the South. The first dish to be served was by Chef Richard Chiñas of Lazzo de Tinto, who delighted us with an unparalleled octopus taco with adobo and pork rind.

Meanwhile, Chef Martín San Román of L'Atelier de Martín, makes for us the much-demanded seasonal pumpkin crepe cake. 21 layers of crepes with pumpkin mousse covered in pumpkin puree and then covered with pumpkin-flavored white chocolate!
