On the newest episode of “Baja Window To The South” we learn all about the wine industry of Baja California: its beginnings, the number of current wineries in the state, and their quality and worldwide renown.

Regarding arts and culture, Denitza García interviews sculptor and artist Enrique Avilez who told us what inspires him to create his art, as well as the projects he worked on during the pandemic and the meaning of beauty.

Regarding gastronomy, Chef Martín San Román of “El Original Pastel de Crepas Tijuana” told us a little bit about his famous crepe cake which was created in Tijuana and how it came to be in 1989.

We also meet up with volunteering professional clown Tatiana "La Payasita" Michelle who tells us how her charismatic career entertaining sick children changed her life.

Last but not least, we go to Cervecera Cardera to find out more about the Ensenada Beer Festival and the craft beer industry in Baja California.
