Marina del Pilar promotes aid for micro, small, and medium-sized companies in Baja California

The programs by the Baja Californian administration are meant to improve competitivity in the market

The Secretariat of Economy and Innovation (SEI) will allocate a budget of 114 million pesos to boost micro, small, and medium-sized companies in Baja California, as part of a comprehensive public policy recently revealed by Governor Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda.

This aid will allow them to position themselves in the market and improve the household economy of those who are part of these companies, as their goal is to guide these actions under a social perspective.

The state governor pointed out the fact that MIPYMES (micro, small, and medium-sized companies) tend to have greater changes than large companies which is why, as part of her economic promotion activities, several programs were evaluated and approved to be launched that allows the entrepreneurs of Baja California to compete with a greater equality of opportunities.

The main programs promoted by the state administration are:
• Emprende Tradicional y Empresarial, which contemplates a financing from 20,000 to 400,000 pesos with an annual interest rate of 8% for capital for work, machinery and equipment, and infrastructure.

• Reactívate y Despega, with an aid of up to 30,000 pesos for furniture and equipment

• Tu Idea, Tu Negocio, which grants a credit from 2,500 to 25,000 pesos for capital for work, machinery, and equipment

• Mujeres 50 y Más, up to 20,000 pesos for women who are 50 years of age or older for capital for work, machinery, and equipment

In addition, following the principles of the Fourth Transformation of always being close to the people, Governor Marina del Pilar added that offering these programs also contemplates business training and promotion so that they can reach new markets through spaces in fairs and exhibitions such as Antad, Agrobaja, and Cerveza México.

That is why the administration led by Marina del Pilar, alongside the Agency of Citizen Assistance, invites all entrepreneurs of Baja California to take advantage of these incentives meant to benefit Baja Californian families, reiterating that close coordination between society and several business organizations will be maintained at all times in order to move forward with the social transformation of the state.
