Tijuana native chef Javier Plascencia will bring his flavors to Coachella this April

Music festival Coachella is one of the most popular in the world; something that a lot of people don’t know is that there exists Outstanding In The Field. This is an area where you will find a huge table to rest for a bit and find a seat to the festival while you mingle with other guests with a four-dish family meal that includes complete services, cocktails, and an abundant amount of regional wine.

In this place where you can enjoy these delicious meals, several renowned chefs from all over the world gather, and in 2023, Tijuana native chef Javier Plascencia will be among them, as he is ready to bring that delicious Tijuana flavor to this festival. On his social media pages, he shared the following statement:

Happy to announce that I will be joining @out_inthefield and founder @jimdenevan in the kitchen at @coachella! Join us at the Rose Garden for a four-plate family meal that celebrates the rich agriculture of the region. If you’re going to Coachella, buy your entrees for this gastronomic experience in the link in my bio.

Something else that is important to mention is that dinner will be served at sunset, around 6 PM. Entrees include a welcoming cocktail, beer, wine, a four-dish family meal, and exclusive access to the VIP Rose Garden on the day of the dinner.
