Alleged Afghan terrorist is arrested at the San Diego-Tijuana border

Last Wednesday, an individual who was on the FBI’s terrorist watchlist was arrested

Last, Wednesday, May 10, a man who was on the FBI’s terrorist watchlist was arrested by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Otay Mesa facilities, according to San Diego County Supervisor, Jim Desmond.

However, CBP authorities haven’t issued a statement regarding this arrest. The FBI, according to TELEMUNDO 20, has issued a statement, saying that they are currently on alert to detect and assess possible threats. However, nothing has been mentioned regarding this arrest that occurred at the Tijuana and San Diego border.

For his part, Jim Desmond, criticized US president, Joe Biden, saying that his duty is to concentrate on the development of a secure and efficient immigration system.

The Federal Government should focus on developing a secure and efficient immigration system that prioritizes thorough screenings and background checks while providing a streamlined and fair process for those seeking lawful entry.

Despite the fact that the FBI has not confirmed this arrest, congressman Darrell Issa of the 48th District of California did do it on his Twitter account, directing his message to the Biden administration:
