Today, the mayor of Tijuana, Montserrat Caballero Ramírez concluded her postgraduate studies, celebrating the graduation of her master's degree in Government and Public Policies at Universidad del Pacifico.
Caballero Ramírez highlighted the importance of continuing to prepare in academic settings, especially while having the elected position that she has today as mayor.
"Greater responsibilities require greater preparation. I work for my personal and professional development and, of course, for the city that is under my responsibility," she said.
Montserrat Caballero is also a Licentiate in Law by CETYS Universidad.
