New "blind mule" case detected in Tijuana for man who was going to cross the border

The operation "Diciembre Seguro" managed to detect a new blind mule case and seized 24 kilos of methamphetamine

Police officers managed to prevent a citizen from being a victim of organized crime, detecting a blind mule case with a cargo of 24 kilos of methamphetamine. This occurred during the "Diciembre Seguro" operation currently being carried out by the municipal administration.

During this season, border crossings increase, which is why it is important that citizens check their vehicles due to this type of crime.

The latest case registered was at Colonia Reforma, when a 34-year-old reported that he found drugs and a GPS device installed in the lower part of his vehicle.

That's why officers checked the victim's Nissan truck where they found 5 packages with around 24 kilos of crystal meth.

It should be noted that this is the third case detected by the Municipal Polce in the last 15 days, which is why if you're crossing into the United States constantly, it is important to check your vehicles and if you see something suspicious you should call 9-1-1 or the Botón de Emergencia app.
