The 2025 Caribbean Series is coming to Baja California and some information about this much anticipated international baseball tournament has been revealed. This is the 67th edition of the Caribbean Series and it will take place in the city of Mexicali, a decision that was confirmed in 2022 by the Caribbean Professional Baseball Confederation in Santo Domingo.
The 2025 Caribbean Series will take place in Mexicali from January 31st to February 7th at the iconic El Nido de las Águilas Stadium. It will feature teams from the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and guest country Japan. Matches will be on the following days:
- Friday, January 31: Mexico vs. Venezuela at 8:00pm
- Saturday, February 1: Mexico vs. Puerto Rico at 5:50pm
- Sunday, February 2: Mexico vs. Dominican Republic at 5:50pm
- Tuesday, February 4: Mexico vs. Japan at 7:00pm
Baja Californian Governor Marina del Pilar and the President of the Mexicali Águilas Club Council, Dio Alberto Murillo, held a meeting to discuss everything about this upcoming baseball event.
