'Expo Constructora 2015' is Inaugurated in Tijuana

Mayor Jorge Astiazarán pointed out the importance of the sector's vision

TIJUANA.- Yesterday morning, Mayor Doctor Jorge Astiazarán Orcí attended the inauguration of the 10th Construction Expo 2015 in Tijuana, organized by the Mexican Chamber of Construction Industry (CMIC), in order to promote the activities of the sector regarding the city's development.

The event took place at Baja California's Convention Center, here, the Mayor pointed out the importance of this sector's vision and how it can help the working area to grow in metropolitan areas such as Rosarito Beach, Tecate and Tijuana, as well as improving citizens life conditions.

"Welcome to the sixth most important and dynamic metropolitan area of the country, a place that alongside the construction sector is an example of growth and infrastructure, not just nationally but worldwide, all thanks to the quality of our engineers and architects," said Mayor Astiazarán.

On his behalf, Tijuana's CMIC President, César Romero Sauceda, mentioned that the purpose behind this forum was to promote this sector's potential in order to create jobs and transform the region through a space where there is a easy exchange of ideas and method for the area's development.

'Expo Construccion Tijuana 2015' will take place on May 6th, 7th, and 8th at Baja California's Convention Center where there will be a demonstration

of the different activities there sector companies take upon, as well the will featured technical conferences for free by some city experts.
