Japan’s flavors take center stage at the Oishii Japanese Food & Sake Festival, a culinary celebration set in the heart of Balboa Park at the Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum, where a diverse array of Japanese food and drink awaits.
Throughout the festival, attendees can wander the garden’s paths and take in its landscapes while sampling everything from street food and artisanal sweets to refreshing beverages and premium sake.
Five Tastings with One Passport
Each ticket includes an Oishii Festival Passport, which can be used for five food or drink tastings from participating vendors.
Admission also grants access to the Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum, combining cuisine with the venue’s natural and cultural attractions.
Tastings will be available from noon to 5:00 p.m., with the final food service at 4:30 p.m.

Happy Hour Included
With their ticket, attendees can also enjoy a Happy Hour during the festival’s final hour from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
General admission is priced at $60, while members of the Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum can purchase tickets for $45.
