Baja California is buzzing this September with an exciting lineup of events for all ages and tastes.

From Tijuana to San Quintín, you’ll find everything from culinary festivals and art showcases to live sports and cultural gatherings.

Whatever municipality you visit, a new adventure is waiting every day of the year.

Tijuana

Emprendedor Fest

The Tijuana Cultural Center (Cecut) will once again highlight the region’s creative talent as Emprendedor Fest returns. The festival brings together local artisans, independent vendors, and an expansive food truck zone. Designed for visitors of all ages, the event features live performances, family contests, and a dedicated kids’ area.

 “México de Mis Recuerdos” Concert

Celebrate Mexico’s national holidays through song with the Cenzontle Vocal Scenic Ensemble. This concert blends storytelling and classic Mexican repertoire to honor the nation’s cultural heritage.

Mexicali

11th Annual Sudor Cachanilla Race

Runners and walking enthusiasts can lace up for both 1K and 5K routes in Mexicali.

Registration includes a runner’s bib and a commemorative finish line medal.

Ensenada

Barbie Run 2026

For the first time ever, Ensenada is hosting an official run paying homage to Mattel’s iconic doll.

Playa Hermosa will turn pink as participants take on 3K, 5K, or 10K coastal courses, offering a picturesque beachfront setting for serious runners and walking families alike.

Rosarito

Expo TlaquepArte

Rosarito is hosting the 12th Baja California edition of Expo TlaquepArte, an international market for decor, fine jewelry, and traditional handcrafts.

Over 200 artisans from across Mexico and 15 countries including Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Cuba, Guatemala, Paraguay, Ecuador, Turkey, Russia, Greece, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Senegal, and Egypt will exhibit their craft over five days.

Marea Brewing hosts the 6th edition of its signature beachside festival. Midsommar Fest blends local microbrews, coastal cuisine, and live music right on the sands of San Quintin for Mexico’s most important beer competition.

San Felipe Beer Fest

Set against a beautiful backdrop of mountains, the beach, and the clear blue sky, the San Felipe Beer Fest brings together 12 craft breweries from Mexicali, Rosarito, and San Felipe. Attendees can sample diverse beer styles, enjoy local food stalls, and catch live musical performances.
