These restrictions will return to Baja California under the red light

According to the Secretary of Health of Baja California, the population will be notified in which color of the epidemiological traffic light the state will continue the COVID-19 pandemic today.

However, Pérez Rico pointed out that regardless of the change in color, restrictions on seating and activities are already planned. "This can no longer be maintained as it is, we will definitely have to reduce capacity".

Some of the activities that could be the first affected, because they are those that have been detected with conglomeration of people and are associated with outbreaks, are: churches, casinos, bars, among others.

In view of the proximity of the December 12 holiday of the Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe, the Secretary mentioned that, "the worship activity is now under review by the State because it is one of the activities that will be suspended or considerably reduced by the time we move to the red light".

The doctor emphasized that this is not because it is against an activity, but because of the context in which the state is located and the projections it has for it.
