President Andrés Manuel López Obrador is welcomed to Baja California by Governor Marina del Pilar

The president promised to send forces of the National Guard to the Baja California territory

The president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, will lead the work of the National Security Table on Saturday, December 11, in Baja California, where the state government's strategy will be presented, including the approval of the State Secretariat for Security and Citizen Protection, as announced by the Governor of Baja California, Marina del Pilar vila Olmeda.

The president praised President López Obrador's efforts to combat crime in our country, focusing on the root causes of violence, eradicating poverty, and developing short, medium, and long-term strategies to prevent young people from turning to crime to a lack of opportunities in the productive sector.

He also stated that the Secretary of National Defense, General Luis Cresencio Sandoval, a proud Baja Californian, as well as the Admiral Secretary of the Navy, José Rafael Ojeda Durán, will be present at the State's Security Table. that it is a crucial link between activities and points of view that will lead to effective operations in all of the entity's municipalities.

In the same vein, Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda emphasized Andrés Manuel López Obrador's pledge to send parts of the National Guard to Baja California's area because federal troops' actions make a difference in eradicating the gang's criminals and increase community-based proximity initiatives, all while campaigning for family protection.

For the Governor, it is significant that the President has chosen Baja California to address national security issues, as this reflects the president's desire for the State to progress and overcome its challenges, with public safety being one of the most important, and thus attracting more attention from Baja Californians.

It should be noted that Mexico's President, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, will hold the National Security Table this Saturday morning in Tijuana, before holding his traditional morning press conference, reaffirming the State's strong support Government and the general population have for the Mexican government.
