As part of a series of community forums across Baja California, Ismael Burgueño Ruiz met with young residents of Playas de Rosarito to underscore the importance of active youth participation in the ongoing Fourth Transformation (4T) process.
The aspiring candidate for the State Coordination in Defense of the Transformation and National Sovereignty emphasized that listening to young people and keeping them informed about available opportunities is a key pillar of his territorial outreach strategy.

He stressed that genuine support for the youth also means creating conditions so as to ensure they can access education, enter the workforce, and build meaningful life projects.
In this regard, Burgueño highlighted several federal initiatives championed by 4T governments, including the Benito Juárez scholarship program, the Youth Building the Future job-training initiative, and the expansion of public higher education institutions such as the Universidad Nacional Rosario Castellanos.

During the assembly, Burgueño argued that these achievements must be matched by a growing role for young people in public life and decision-making processes across Baja California. He insisted that the Transformation must remain close to those at the start of their life journeys, receiving their ideas and equipping them with the resources they need to thrive in education, employment, and overall well-being.

Lastly, Ismael Burgueño reaffirmed that the youth will be pivotal to the next phase of the Transformation in Baja California and made a promise to continue these open assemblies and maintaining direct dialogue with young constituents. He concluded the meeting by saying that defending what has been accomplished means guaranteeing that new generations find opportunities in their home state and take an active role in the next phase of national project led by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.
