The Rosarito Fish and Seafood Festival is returning for its 2026 edition, offering a full day of fresh seafood, Baja California wines and live entertainment at the iconic Rosarito Beach Hotel.
Organized by the Rosarito Tourism and Convention Committee (COTUCO), the annual event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 22, celebrating the flavors and culinary traditions that have made Baja California one of Mexico’s top food and wine destinations.

Seafood and Baja wines
Festival visitors will have the opportunity to sample dishes prepared by local chefs alongside wines from Baja California wineries, while also enjoying family-friendly activities and live entertainment throughout the day.
Admission includes:
- 10 seafood tastings
- Five Baja California wine tastings
- Access to the festival’s entertainment program
- A commemorative wine glass for the first 1,000 ticket holders
Food and wine tastings will be available from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., while the festival itself runs from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Elefante to headline the festival
One of this year’s highlights will be a live concert by Elefante, the Mexican pop rock band behind hits including “Así Es la Vida,” “Ángel” and “Sabor a Chocolate.”
Concert gates are scheduled to open at 7 p.m., giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy an evening performance after the culinary activities conclude.
