The firm dryness of Tijuana's La Mona carnitas tacos is a failure

Chef Danny Betancourt visited Carnitas La Mona, situated on Boulevard Cucapah, in this episode of Una Mordida Tacos Tijuana. On this occasion, two tacos were tried, one of solid meat with Cuerito and various, both for 25 pesos (USD 1.25).

When he took his first bite, he was struck by the flavor of the combination of meats, notably the crop, which, in addition to having many flavors, was cooked to perfection; unlike the last taco, it did not feel dry, and the double tortilla held the weight of all the ingredients without cracking. The rating for this cue was 7.8.
