The 10th City Hall of Playas de Rosarito, led by Mayor Rocío Adame, was present for the 10th anniversary celebration of the State Center for the Arts (CEART) Playas de Rosarito. The center is widely regarded as a key space for the promotion of art, culture, and artistic training within the community.
Several local authorities attended on behalf of the municipal government, including Secretary of Culture Isabel Peredo; President of the DIF Playas de Rosarito Board of Trustees, Aziel Espinoza Adame; council members Fidel Ortiz and Stephanie Esquivel; and the director of COTUCO Playas de Rosarito, Saúl Álvarez, all of whom reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the city’s cultural development.

During the event, officials highlighted the importance of coordinated efforts between CEART and City Hall to strengthen spaces that encourage creativity, talent, and participation among children, youth, and adults.
Over the past decade, CEART Playas de Rosarito has become a vital community hub that fosters artistic expression and helps reinforce the social fabric.
With these actions, the 10th City Hall of Playas de Rosarito renews its commitment to promoting culture and art as essential pillars for the community’s comprehensive development.
