The 1st edition of “Expo Tu Futuro de Inversión” (Investment In Your Future Expo) will take place in Rosarito this August, bringing together real estate developers from Tijuana, Playas de Rosarito, Ensenada, and Valle de Guadalupe.
The event, scheduled for August 14–16, was unveiled by the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) Rosarito.
Hosted at Hotel Real del Mar, the expo is expected to draw around 250 attendees, including investors, developers, and prospective buyers eager to explore opportunities along Baja California’s coastal corridor.
According to organizers, the primary objective is to accelerate development across the Coastal Zone (Tijuana, Rosarito, and Ensenada) while strengthening the promotion of real estate projects in the binational market.
“Over the course of two days, we aim to shine a spotlight on the Coastal Zone, from Tijuana to Ensenada, and extend that reach to Valle de Guadalupe,” said Mar Picazo Molina, director of AMPI Rosarito. “We want to offer an outstanding experience for our binational visitors, and we’re actively inviting guests from California to join us.”
Approximately 20 developments will be featured at the expo, with projects ranging from pre-sale offerings to completed properties. Notably, the event will feature a special guided tour through Valle de Guadalupe.
Gustavo Torres noted that current market conditions present a particularly favorable moment for prospective buyers.
“Prices have adjusted, making now an ideal time to buy property,” he explained. “The Coastal Zone’s value will only continue to rise, driven by its proximity to California and sustained regional demand.”
The organizers envision “Expo Tu Futuro de Inversión” as an annual event that will consistently promote economic growth along the Baja California coast while fostering cross-border projects.
