One of Baja California’s most anticipated gastronomic and cultural events of the summer, the Rosarito WineFest 2026, is set to take place on Saturday, July 11, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Centro Baja California facilities.

Organizers unveiled the full program during a recent press conference, emphasizing the event’s mission to boost tourism in Rosarito and to celebrate the rich oenological and culinary traditions of the region.

According to the organizing committee, Rosarito WineFest 2026 will bring together an impressive lineup of award-winning wineries from Valle de Guadalupe, acclaimed local chefs, and live musical performances.

Rosarito WineFest’s Social Commitment

Beyond its cultural appeal, the festival also carries a strong social commitment. A portion of the proceeds will benefit local children’s charities, including Casa Hogar Horizonte, reinforcing the event’s dedication to giving back to the community.

Attendees can look forward to a diverse wine portfolio featuring 23 distinguished wineries, among them Barón Balché, L.A. Cetto, Chateau Camou, Decantos, Solar Fortún, and Xecue.

The culinary experience will be equally compelling, with dishes prepared by renowned chefs such as Aldo Patatucci (Occio), Alejandro Camargo (Criollazo), Alicia León (Malinalli), and Ana Arvizu (Grupo Roble), alongside other talented regional cooks.

Artistic Program

The entertainment lineup promises to keep the energy high throughout the evening, with live performances by Mariachi Son de Tijuana, Nopal Che, Hola Soy Lola, José Enrique Tovar, Human Lemonade, and Tijuana Sound Side. Audiovisual production will be handled by Studio 212 / Diego Knight.

Organizers have extended a warm invitation to residents of Playas de Rosarito, Tijuana, neighboring municipalities, and Southern California to join in what promises to be an unforgettable evening of fine wine, exceptional dining, and community support.

The press conference was led by Saúl Álvarez, General Director of Cotuco Rosarito, along with chef Mario Medina of BellaFer, and chefs Richard Chiñas and Josefina Sánchez.
