His guacamole was a little disappointing

In this episode of Taco Bites, Isaac Kalimo visits Palmitos Mexican Eatery, situated at 5145 Clairemont Mesa Blvd in San Diego. As is customary in this part, three different tacos will be sampled each week, one of which is the classic taco de adobada this week.

Before attempting it, Isaac reminds our readers and the general public that the Taco Bites tagline is "One Taco, Two Bites," which will be accomplished by eating them and obtaining two bites before earning a grade.

After tasting the two bites, Isaac noted that you could taste the guacamole, but it failed the test since it has a faint touch, almost like a sauce; thus, he deduces that it may be blended with anything other than avocado.

He emphasized that the sauce's flavor is pretty nice since it is not too spicy and that the meat's flavor was also quite good, adding that it was golden brown, which is how he loves the protein in these tacos. He awarded this taco a 7.9 out of 10 ratings.
