Are you good or bad at cooking? It doesn't matter anymore because if you want to give yourself another a chance and show that you can do it, it will now be possible thanks to a Spanish cuisine class that will be given in Tijuana.

Next Thursday, September 5 at Pimiento Cocina, on their first cooking class, chef Alberto Cansino will teach you how to prepare traditional Spanish dishes . Pimiento Arte Cocina is located at Calle Orizaba 3034 of Fraccionamiento Neidhart.

The chef will guide you in the preparation of four dishes, dishes you will be able to taste, and these are Garlic Mushrooms, Catalan Paella, Tomato Bread and Gazpacho. Moreover, with the class registration you will receive a sangria, an apron and a recipe book.

The cost of the class is $1,500 MXN per person and there is limited spaces for registration, so they give you the option to pay your spot in advance paying the 50% and they only ask you to pay off everything before August 30 or you lose the spot.

Alberto Cansino has worked in restaurants with Michelin stars and participated in different important gastronomic festivals in the Calibaja region such as Baja Culinary Fest, Paella beer & wine festival and La Cofadria del Vino.
