More than 10,000 COBACH BC students graduate in Baja California

From June 18 to July 7, 2022, 56 graduation ceremonies will be carried out by COBACH BC

The College of Baccalaureates of the State of Baja California (COBACH BC) began its period of graduation ceremonies corresponding to the 2019-2022 school cycle in 30 different official facilities, 10 EMSAD Centers, and 16 Community Telebaccalaureates, aiding in the graduation of 10,332 students in the state.

eneral COBACH BC Director, Juan Eugenio Carpio Ascencio expressed his congratulations to all young people, reiterating that the administration led by Governor Marina del Pilar is very committed to making education in Baja California more accessible, higher quality, and with better opportunities for everyone.

“COBACH BC Is the biggest high school in Baja California. Throughout its 41 years of existence, 196,757 young people have graduated, those who are part of an academic level that will allow them to continue on with a comprehensive education in art and sports, while respecting our patriotic symbols,” the state official said.

He highlighted that of the 10,332 graduated students, 9,550 students belong to official facilities, 475 to EMSAD Centers, and 307 to Community Telebaccalaureates.

It should be noted that when it comes to the 69 facilities incorporated to the COBACH system, 2,160 young people in the entire state will be the ones who will receive their graduation certification for having finished their high school studies.

Lastly, he said that this generation is very special because they showed their courage and online adaptation skills due to the complicated Covid-19 situation. It was a great challenge that all of them managed to overcome together and, today, it is confirmed that the results obtained were satisfactory.
