WORLD.- Every time New Year's comes along we set out to be better people, hence the popular New Year's resolutions, that according to some investigations almost nobody gets around to do.
According to several statistics, a 90 to 95% of people who make said resolutions dont actually go through with them, given that maybe they set out to achieve impossible goals or lack the planning and discipline for them.
This doesn't mean that making resolutions is useless for the start of 2015. What it does mean is that we should think of new ways to actually achieve them. Starting by taking a piece a paper and a pen, visualizing how you want the year to go and writing it down.
Take into consideration that if you share your goals with friends and family you will feel more committed to accomplish them, and you should also take into account that you may need money for certain goals and how much of it will you need. Here is a list of what the majority of people put on their New Years resolutions' list:
1. Work out more
2. Stop smoking
3. Eat healthier
4. To not fall in love again or in certain cases find a new partner
5. Finish a book that you started reading months ago or actually start to read it
6. Drink less alcohol or party less
7. Learn a new language
8. Save money
9. Update their resume
10.Doing things at the last minute
