Tijuana: Find out if there are active COVID-19 cases in your neighborhood

Of the 370 active cases in Baja California 104 are located in the border city

The Secretary of Health, Alonso Perez Rico, announced that every Tuesday the neighborhoods of the municipalities of Baja California where active COVID-19 cases are concentrated.

In the case of Tijuana, which occupies second place at the state level with most active cases after adding 104 of the 370 that are located in the region, he reported 14 neighborhoods where these cases are concentrated "where we have to take much more care of ourselves," said Perez Rico.

Following is the list of neighborhoods presented by the Secretary of Health, which register three active cases each:

  • Villas del sol
  • Colinas de California
  • Linda Vista
  • Lomas del Porvenir
  • Zona Rio
  • Madero
  • Tejamen
  • Obrera 2da Secc.
  • Camino Verde/Grupo Mexico
  • 20 de noviembre
  • Panamericano
  • Praderas de la Mesa
  • Abedules
  • Francisco Villa

To date, Baja California has 20 thousand 481 positive COVID-19 cases, 3 thousand 669 deaths, and at least 13 thousand and 62 patients recovered from this disease.
