Baja Window to the South has many special guests and, on this occasion, Lic. Cleofas Arreola, President of Fundación Castro-Limón, was present. This foundation’s goal is to help children who have been diagnosed with cancer in Mexico, a disease that requires very expensive treatments.

Fundación Castro-Limón supports Mexican children with this disease, but they are also working to have this support spread to children all around Latin America who may need this foundation’s aid.

Arreola stated that the next event the foundation will carry out is a bicycle route that will begin in Baja Studios in Rosarito and will finalize in Bibayoff in Valle de Guadalupe, one of the oldest wine cellars in Baja California. Once the tour is finished, participants will be able to enjoy the wonders the region has to offer such as gastronomy and, obviously, wine.

This event will take place at the end of March, occurring after previous editions were suspended for two consecutive years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is why the usual and new attendees were quite excited to resume this tour, as well as help kids with cancer, which is the goal of this event.
