Businessman dies in armed attack at Starbucks in Tulum

Unofficially, it has been revealed that the victim is a Monterrey native

Security cameras recorded the exact moment in which a man died in the middle of a shooting inside a coffee shop in Tulum, Quintana Roo.

Unofficially, it was revealed that the victim was a Monterrey native and businessman, who lost his life in an alleged robbery inside a Starbucks.

The video images show the moment in which this businessman is sitting next to another person, while talking on the phone. Moments later, a relatively young man enters this establishment, takes out a gun, and points it at the victim. In an instant, this businessman’s companion takes out a gun and starts to shoot.

One of the bullets hits this businessman, who falls to the floor and stays still as the shootout goes on. The assailant flees.

It should be noted that in the coffee shop there were other tourists who, when they saw the threat posed by this weapon, dropped to the floor trying to save their lives.

Authorities haven’t revealed the identity of this victim; there are also no clues about who this assailant is.
