LOS ANGELES - The Guinness International Champions Cup continues on Saturday with a double header at the baseball park Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The two winners from the initial games will face each other to see who advances to the championship game, while the two losers will play out the right to advance to the fifth place match.
After suffering a 3-1 loss to Spanish giants Real Madrid on Thursday night the Los Angeles Galaxy will now face Italian Serie A champions Juventus. In the other game of the night England's Everton will take on Real Madrid.
Everton and Juventus finished their game in a 1-1 draw on Tuesday night in San Francisco. The Premier League side came out victorious in the penalty shoot-out in a night where historic Italian midfielder Andrea Pirlo missed a penalty shot.
Galaxy continues their participation in this friendly tournament with their mind set on how to better their local form where they have ride a wave of inconsistency all season long. This game will once again serve to give the Galaxy youth players the opportunity to show off their skills against some of the best players in the world.
Juventus are still in mid preseason and will be looking for better understanding from their new summer signings. Especially from Argentine Carlos Tevez who is transferring in from Manchester Citynin England.
